That's a 3D slingshot with realistic elastic physics.

The slingshot will rotate with the camera and will shot with the click of the mouse. You can control how much the elastics will be pulled by holding down the mouse button.
This package contains a slingshot prefab and a metal ball prefab for it's ammunition.
