Floreio is a text procedural generation tool for developing replacement grammars. Create text on the spot, at runtime or the editor, to vary the text in your game or reflect important information about the game world. Floreio allows the grammar’s content to be tagged, granting better creative control of the output, and can receive information about the world model that it should reflect.

• Visual UI based, the grammars can be written without dealing with scripts

• Editor tools that previews the text generation outside of runtime

• Finer control of what content can be chosen or how frequently through tags and imposed conditions for replacement, you can make certain tags be prevalent or completely ban others

• A world model can be provided to the grammar to contextualize its text generation and it can be dynamically changed by the grammar itself

• Pre-written demo grammars are available to learn the system and practice the tools before writing your own

• Grammar blocks are flexible and reusable libraries that can be recombined with each other
