This package allows you to model sound propagation in your project. Not only does this increase your user's sense of immersion, but it can also be used in your AI to make more intelligent agents.
Description

Do you want to simulate the behavior of sound movement in your virtual environment efficiently? The Sound Propagation package allows you to model the propagation of sound in a two-dimensional space. Simply create your sound geometry and place your sound sources in your world, and you are good to go. Not only can this tool be directly used for playing audio but it can also be integrated into the game logic, allowing for more interesting gameplay and more intelligent AI.


Sound Propagation Tool lets you have reasonably accurate sound movement in your virtual environment. Modeling sound using its ray-based properties allows this tool to compute and visualize sound in real-time. With many debug features and functionalities, it allows you to adjust the model to fit your world.


Please note that this model restricts sound movement to a 2D plane. Using it for 3D environments where sound propagation in all axes is crucial may require some creativity.
