Easy Resolve Pink Materials for URP and HDRP:

Select Materials switch the material's shader from the inspector as follows:

For URP: Switch material from Nature-SpeedTree8 to Universal Render Pipeline ⮞ Nature ⮞ SpeedTree8 (Two-Sided = Yes)

For HDRP: Switch material from Nature-SpeedTree8 to HDRP ⮞ Nature ⮞ SpeedTree8 (Double-Sided = ☑ Checked)

In SpeedTree8 shader keeps Double-Sided / Two-Sided is ON to Make the Objects or Models Visible from both sides.
