This package includes around 185 3D elements. these elements are mostly low poly good quality 3D props that can be used in your game to give it that extra detail. some elements are grouped, which means you can easily separate them into the elements that form them and use those for animation, for example you can open up the lids on the dumpster.

Notes:
-Included is a PDF file that serves as a catalog, it will show the triangle count of each element, and it will also show you its location within the project
-Each 3d object is made into a prefab for easy use
-Some objects share the same materials for better optimization. it could make your life easier if you do not desire this, just duplicate the material for those objects
-This is version 1.0, i will be constantly adding new items whenever possible, and adjusting according to feedback.
