This is a professional quality, game ready asset pack, ready for commercial use in your Unity5 title.
If you're going for AAA art standard, or trying to give a feeling of true presence in your VR experience, this pack of photo-real environment objects will be perfect for the task.
Captured using official Canon lenses and professional studio equipment, every photoshoot has specifically been taken in bright overcast conditions, ensuring the textures are crisp, but also only contain ambient light data for perfect PBR setup. Every 3D Captured object is retopologised, and given 3 levels of detail to keep everything at a high framerate. All have a very detailed normal map, baked from the original high poly photogrammetry mesh, so you really will have every detail, every crack and area of interest captured at the highest possible quality.
All assets have very simple box or capsule collision for optimum performance. If you need more accurate collision I suggest you add mesh collision to the lowest LOD of the model.
The scanned objects and their soil/grass base are a prefab made from separate exports, so if you wish to remove the base and just use the scanned asset on it's own that's very easy to do.
