Render pipeline compatibility

The Built-in Render Pipeline is Unity’s default render pipeline. It is a general-purpose render pipeline that has limited options for customization. The Universal Render Pipeline (URP) is a Scriptable Render Pipeline that is quick and easy to customize, and lets you create optimized graphics across a wide range of platforms. The High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP) is a Scriptable Render Pipeline that lets you create cutting-edge, high-fidelity graphics on high-end platforms.

Additional compatibility information

This could technically work with BIRP, however the materials would have to be converted and/or reassigned, and lighting quality might suffer. Use URP for the best results.

Description

Package includes a single complete, ready to use library environment prefab as well as each prop in the scene packaged seperately (props can of course be removed from the complete prefab as desired). A staircase connects the two floors and one end of the room has an integrated door that can be removed to connect to other rooms you might have. Box colliders have been applied to the floor and props.

Due to the usage of point lights for each lamp, the lighting is pre-baked in the demo scene. If you'd like to do this yourself for the prefab in your own scene, detailed instructions and a full lighting setup is included for your convenience.

Technical details

All texture maps are 4K and copyright free. Demo scene has pre-baked lighting- detailed instructions and a complete lighting setup are included if you wish to do the same. Total faces in the entire demo environment is about 200k. Each full double bookshelf is 3k faces on average, single about 1k.
