Note (Read before Buying):

• The lightning is not baked For URP and BiRP! Maybe i next Version I'll bake.
• I used one concrete for the wall Prefab, but I have 50 Seamless Material, so use all of them with just drag and drop and see which one is Suits you.
• The Plants is not so Lowpoly, so Consider That.
• I just made 8 Building prefab, I Advise you to create your own Building with just Drag and drop Modular piece. becouse it should the Level design that you Imagne.
