This package has a variety of low poly floating islands, trees and cactus specifically:
Three variations of Islands with and without a waterfall
Three types of trees with three variations each
Three sizes of cactus with three variations each
Realistic waterfall material (make sure to enable opaque texture from settings)
Cartoon waterfall material
Random Color material which picks a color randomly (based on X,Z position) between two colors you define

The sky box in the screen shots is not included but can be found for free on the asset store

The shaders were made using shader graph and the graphs are included in this package.
