Important News: This is an older kit that is built slightly different than other "SP" and "OWA" buildings kits and it has separate prefabs for the interior and exterior. This can save some vertices on some optimization workflows, but the trade-off is that it's not as easy to work with compared to newer kits. This package is due for a major overhaul and update to bring it up the current level of more recent kits. It is priced according to this.

Once the new version is released, there will be a 90 day grace period version 1 customers for updating to version 2.0. The upcoming version will come with additional building kits/props, expanded surrounding level, and a significant price increase.
