The model is inspired by a corner building in Dresden.
It was built around 1900.
The building comes in two parts:
1) DRB01 - The building itself
2) DRB01BW - the boardwalk
If you like to use the additional prefabs, just place them at the same location as the main prefab.
The meshes are built from submeshes separated by material, so the materials can easily be changed.
The complete mesh has 291,846 triangles and 438,023 vertices.
Current number of verts and tris:
1) DRB01: 436,655 / 290,948
2) DRB01BW: 1,368 / 898
Total 438,023 / 291,846
The package contains 5 textures, 3 normal maps and 10 materials.
Most of the textures have a resolution of 4096 x 4096 pixels.
If you don't need high def textures you can scale them down pretty much without noticeable effect.
