2. Assets do not feature LODs - not planned for future updates unless requests

3. Textures are intentionally darker to allow for a wider light range. However, if the assets are too dark for your already ongoing project I can provide brighter versions.

4. Assets may show “Overlapping UVs” warning but all assets feature channel 2 UV and will bake correctly.
