Pack consists of individual parts, combined prefabs and completed exteriors made in English town and countryside style.

Hogswille Village is perfect for creating small towns and villages ground up, from buildings and infrastructure to decorations and props. It also offers greenery like grass, flowers, bushes etc. for your little settlement to look even more alive

Asset pack includes:

1. Over 200+ different building parts and decorative blocks. Building blocks are separated into 7 sets, each made from different material, such as wood planks, bricks or boulder. Decorations include different types of greenery, road signs, market tents, pots, barrels, boxes and others. There's also a set of environment parts such as sidewalk blocks, pebble, fountain, statue etc;
2. More than 30+ house parts such as 1st floors, 2nd floors and roofs, that separated into 2 different house formats - 3/3 (square building) and 3/2 (rectangular building);
3. About 40+ combined prefabs, such as house extensions (balconies, enterances), arches, connectors, towers, clutter piles, carts etc. Evevator has animator component set up + 2 animation clips (going up + going down);
4. Exteriors itself. 13 Completed houses for your use (no interiors);
5. 4 particle systems: fire, smoke, water splashes and leaf fall;
6. 2 scenes: Assets demo showcase scene and Hogsville Town itself. First includes all the existing assets on a flat surface, and second is a perfect example of what you can do with this pack when actually building a scene: few winding streets that circle around main one. This scene uses almost every asset from this pack.
7. 5 textures and 3 terrain layers for Town scene, all the textures are PNGs, 2048*2048;
8. Every prefab has 3 LODs;

Some assets has a "Colored" suffix, it means that parts of those meshes has separate material slots, they're might be recolored using different materials so you are not restricted to default color scheme and free to change, for example, color of the roof blocks;
