This character uses generic unity rig because some of its animations use bone scaling, which do not translate very well with humanoid rig.

Though its using generic rig, standard humanoid bones hierarchy is used for the upper half of its body.

So it's possible to use retargeted animations with avatar mask to play retargeted animations only for the upper half.
