Models support Humanoid Rig, but models with animations have Generic rig type in the BaseMesh by default. If you don't need animations, in the BaseMesh just switch Rig to Humanoid.

The model and textures support HDRP and URP rendering, but you need to convert the materials yourself "Convert Selected Buit-in Materials to HDRP or URP" by first changing my shader to the standard one.
