Though the asset is tagged as a URP package, all texture files are provided and can be used in materials in any pipeline, the materials provided are URP compatible.

Text-to-Image (stable difusion) was used to create a series "base" images.
No "style transfer" or third-party "starting images" were used.
These base images were then heavily manipulated to "tile" seamlessly, often involving hand painting to re-imagine how the seams might comfortably blend.
This process only applies to the albedo textures, the rest of the texture maps were either manually painted or progromatically generated with modification.
