If using the built-in pipeline, you can skip importing either of the additional URP or HDRP unitypackages. If using a scriptable render pipeline, you can skip importing the Materials and Scene folders, and opt to import the unitypackage of your selected render pipeline. Once imported, open the unity package to have the pipeline-compatable materials imported into your project.
